Competency-Tracker Form
To learn how to use the Competency Tracker Form (CTF) as your gradebook to report and monitor student proficiency, performance on learning outcomes, and participation, watch the tutorial, below. Then, select the Pass/Fail option if your course reports final grades as pass or fail. Choose the Letter Grade option if your course reports final grades as letter grades.

Can't exclusively use the CTF as your competency-based gradebook? You can set up your institution's learning management system's (LMS) gradebook feature, with or without the CTF, to reflect the notions of competency. Click here to learn more.
