Years ago, I used points and percentages grading. I relied on what I felt comfortable with. I mean, we all know learning something new involves time and risk. You may be asking yourself some very normal questions right now: This seems like a lot to do...where do I even start? How much time will it take me? What changes do I make exactly? I get it. I used to be where you are. I had to made the same decision you are contemplating: Do I take the plunge or continue with the status quo?

 

You'll ultimately have to decide for yourself. You may not appreciate it, or it may not work for you.
