Three separate needs analysis surveys were conducted for this project: one instructor survey and two student surveys. I analyzed the results and attempted to embed participant feedback within the model. Some of the barriers are self-imposed or deeply sociocultural or contextual in nature; consequently, not all of them have feasible solutions, at least not by a single teacher or program.
